Every decision passes through a documented IC process. We defend our best ideas in writing and we make our mistakes visible so we don't repeat them.
Long-view alignment
Carry vests over time. Reputations compound. We hire people who plan to be here for the second and third fund vintage, not just the first close.
High trust, low ego
The best analyst can push back on the CEO. The CEO can be wrong. What matters is that the argument got made and the record is clear.

Finance & Fund Operations
Fund accounting, fund administration liaison, treasury, tax, controllers, valuation, and financial planning & analysis.
Legal & Compliance
General counsel support, transaction attorneys, compliance officers, and regulatory analysts covering RIA obligations and portfolio company legal.
Investor Relations
LP relationship management, fundraising support, capital formation, and reporting design.
Technology & Data
Platform engineering for portfolio monitoring, data engineering for the analytics stack, and cybersecurity across the platform and portfolio.

Our headquarters is in downtown Dallas at 1910 Pacific Avenue. Investment, operations, and portfolio company support functions are distributed across regional hubs and remote where the work supports it.

- Regional hubs — East, Southeast, Central, Mountain, and West Coast presence for portfolio company coverage.
- Remote — Considered for select technical, operating, and portfolio-adjacent roles.
