11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a jury trial. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for infringement of intellectual property or violation of confidentiality obligations.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Legal & Disclosures, constitute the entire agreement between you and Develobrite regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements on the subject.
